Due to unprecedented demand and growth, we are looking for additional Service Engineers to join us in the Cambridge & surrounding areas.

Our Service Engineers are essential to efficiently & effectively assist our customers, assisting with any product and installation related maintenance for Anglian installed products covered by our 10-year warranty. We will provide all the tools and equipment that you will need to carry out this role including a van, PDA, mobile phone and tools.

This is a superb opportunity for someone with previous experience of uPVC installation and maintenance having experience (or relevant qualifications) in fitting & installing uPVC, Wood or aluminium home improvement products.

Your duties will include:

Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards
To demonstrate & explain correct product care to customers
Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer
Making sure optimum stock levels are maintained to ensure jobs can be effectively resolved and completed
Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, “Right First Time” approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments
Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device
 You will need:

Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification)
Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment
Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field based role
A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week
Good time management skills
Good communication skills
A full driving license
