Requirements of the Role
You will offer an outstanding level of Customer Service
Liaising via colleagues/engineers/subcontractor/client & management with a professional manner at all times
Processing dates within timescales for all small works ordered & liaising with the team to ensure client is advised accordingly.
Accepting all callouts & fielding to relevant engineer within the timescale given, raising any concerns to line manager.
Process engineer paperwork accordingly on the in house system
Answering of the phones in a professional manner and fielded to colleagues with clear messages if required.
Processing of invoices on SAGE. (Experience of Sage desirable but not essential)
Quoting any small works to client following engineer attendance.
Working closely with the team regarding small works/booking onto house system / advising client / liaising confirmation all parts are ready / booking onto the house system.
All invoicing is completed with month timescales for the team.
Working closely with line manager with all processes & procedures to ensure department is running at full capacity raising any concerns that may arise.
Updating quote with all ordered jobs.
Maintain a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and vendors in person, online, and via telephone.
Diligent, passionate with a high level of customer service
Willing to learn
Desirable to have Fire Industry experience
Salary up £21k depending on experience
Monday to Friday 08.30 am to 17.30 pm
20 days holiday plus Xmas Close, plus Bank Holidays
