Job Description

Acorn Recruitment is seeking a Service & Sitework Administrator for an established design and manufacturing business in Brecon, Mid Wales.

Key tasks & responsibilities

*Timely preparation of quotes as requested by the Aftercare Manager
*Data Input to CRM System Salesforce
*Accurate Record Keeping
*Receive and process customer purchase orders, using Sage 50 provide order confirmation
*Process customer invoices as requested by the Aftercare Manager
*Complete RAMS and Engineers documentation as requested by the Aftercare Manager
*Arrange hotel and travel arrangements for engineers and management
*Answer phone calls and email queries in a professional manner
*Liaise regularly with operations, production and senior management teams
*Build strong relationships with the operations, production, projects and senior management team
*Build strong relationships with customers
*Identify cross-selling opportunities where applicable
*Ensure sell-on opportunities are maximised (spare parts, service & maintenance agreements)
*Keep and record statistics
*Ensure Health and Safety guidelines are followed
*Ensure all required documentation is completed accurately and within deadlines

Desirable experience

*Minimum of five years' experience within an administration role
*Blue chip background
*Materials Handling industry exposure
