Duties will include;
*Supporting with all general administration within the Service Department
*Supporting with sales administration where required
*Working closely with engineers to ensure fast turnaround
*Dealing with queries from customers regarding faulty parts, organising shipments for new parts
*Dealing with enquiries regarding parts, price and delivery.
I am looking for confident candidates who have a background in Customer Service, Administration or Sales Administration. You will need to have a keen eye for detail, have excellent communication skills and have fantastic written and computer skills.
This will be an immediate start so I require candidates who are not currently working and who can start straight away.
