This is a varied role and will include Administrative support in various departments, reporting to multiple managers. The position will also include general Reception duties, answering the phone and providing Customer Service and meeting and greeting visitors.
Duties will include:
*Telephone support, answering the phone and providing Customer Service.
*Liaise with colleagues regarding maintenance and service schedules, travel and accommodation.
*Administer CRM and ERP (SAP) invoice process from initial job allocation to customer invoice
*Process engineer worksheets in a timely manner
*Obtaining purchase orders to facilitate invoice process
*Follow up invoice queries
*Upload engineer timesheets to ERP, SAP system
This is a varied administrative role so I am looking for a candidate with a proven Administrative background for this position. If you have any experience with SAP or using systems this would be a distinct advantage as this role includes lots of systems work. If you have come from an Accounts background or Accounts Administration that would also be desirable as this role includes accounts type support and dealing with invoices and purchase orders.
