The hotel is a very popular venue, hosting over 60 weddings per year, offering luxury spa breaks and a fantastic 2AA rosette fine dining restaurant. They can cater for up to 200 guests at any one time and also offer room service and all day bar menu's.
The position of Senior Sous Chef will be working closely with the Head Chef to develop the menu four times per year, to continuously train and develop the team, maintain excellent levels of kitchen hygiene and food safety standards and cover the head chef role in their absence. The position will be working across all outlets of the hotel, ensuring all outlets are running smoothly and playing a leading role throughout service in the 2AA rosette restaurant and large banqueting events.
The Head Chef is looking for a sous chef who is easy to get along with, has previous experience working with both rosette menus and large banquets, has a strong passion for the food they create and a chef who is innovative, looking to progress all the time.
