A top Country Pub/Restaurant in Salisbury awarded with Rosettes NEED A STRONG SOUS CHEF.
This pub is a part of a large group that serves fresh, locally sourced food, maintaining high standards at all times and offering a great opportunity within the group for progression and development.
Prepare and cook dishes to the required standard whilst ensuring food safety/health & hygiene at all times are adhered too. Supervising all kitchen staff in the Head Chef’s absence and carrying out all management duties as required.
