Senior Recruitment Consultant- Ecommerce

Leeds-based role with the ability to home work 2-3 days per week, potentially more than this depending on your level of experience in the sector.

Salary/ Package: £30,000 - 40,000 basic salary/ £60,000 - 80,000 OTE. Package includes 23 day's annual leave/ 25 if you complete charity work, subsidized private healthcare, quarterly team incentives, additional bonus for individual performance on top of commission, regular training and development, 36 hour working week.

Brief description: Our client is a nationally recognised recruiter with a strong foothold across a number of sectors including marketing, sales, FMCG, engineering and technical, manufacturing, supply chain/ logistics, and NPD. Independently owned this company achieved 240% profit growth from 2018 to 2019 and has remained strong and stable despite the COVID-19 crisis. They haven't got staff on furlough, and all Consultants are remaining in stable employment and still billing and earning commission!

With an achievable working model our client has adapted their business and now operate with staff fully able to work effectively from home, as well as being able to work from their Leeds COVID-19 safe offices. They have a great working database, access to all the leading recruitment technologies needed to do your job effectively, and provide all staff with a company laptop and iPhone.

This opportunity is for an established Senior Recruitment Consultant to join them and develop further the Ecommerce market. In order to achieve this, you should have a strong network within the FMCG and Ecommerce market, we are open to the geographic this covers as our client work throughout the UK and also internationally. You must have at least 12 months of continual experience as a billing 360 recruitment consultant and be able to evidence how you have previously developed client business. You also must have billed £100,000 or over in 2019 and be able to prove these billings either through P60 or placement records.
