Senior Receptionist
£17,000 - £19,000

I am seeking an experienced Senior Receptionist looking for their next opportunity.
This role is set in a stunning bespoke hotel in Central Worcester within an established and professional team.
The right candidate will be a dynamic individual, from a hospitality background that strives for excellence.
Great communication skills, attention to detail and organisation skills with a working knowledge of GDPR regulations is a must.
The Senior Receptionist, will be able to deliver the highest levels of customer service as well as generate new and innovative solutions to maximising revenue.
You will be reporting to the Front of House Manager, taking full ownership of the Reception area and help to guide and develop the Reception team to accelerate and maintain the award-winning service within the hotel entirety.
My client are looking for someone who possesses a consistent approach to client experience, a strong drive and sense of ambition in addition to demonstrating strong leadership skills.

Full training is provided, but applicants must have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role.
This is a full time role of 40 hours p/w with rotating shifts from 7:00am – 11pm inclusive of weekends and bank holidays.
