Senior Quantity Surveyor

My client are a successful multi-disciplinary cost consultancy specialising largely in the social housing sector. They have 40 years of experience working with a wide range of clients across the UK. 

Despite the current climate they have continued throughout COVID-19 due to their large amount of social housing projects and now they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join them in their head office in Huddersfield. The Quantity Surveyor would join a successful Contract Administration team which is currently made up of Building Surveyors, Employers Agents and Project Managers. 

The ideal candidate will match the following criteria;

RICS or CIOB accredited degree. 
MRICS or MCIOB, or working towards. 
10 years experience. 
Experience in a similar role. 
Experience working on design and build contracts. 
Knowledge of Principal Designer duties. 
Full UK Drivers Licence. 
My client can offer a competitive salary of up to £48,000 and a generous benefits package including; 3-5% pension, 30 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a clear progression plan.
