The Senior Project Engineer - Rail Systems role is based within our Networks Rail business area.
We support Network Rail and other rail industry customers in providing a safe, reliable and efficient rail network across Great Britain. Whether you're a skilled or aspiring rail professional, there are some incredible opportunities.
The role
The difference our new Senior Project Engineer -Signalling Systems will make
As a Senior Project Engineer - Signalling Systems, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary participating in and ensuring all engineering activities in connection with the tender, design and implementation of project work are co-ordinated and technically compliant to Client and Company Standards and the scope of works.
Day to day, you will act as the main engineering point of contact on allocated projects and work as an integral part of the project and engineering team.

This role is based on-site at Hamilton but with remote working available. You may be required to work evenings, nights and weekends as well as days onsite depending on Project needs
Essential experience
Experience in Signalling, Signalling Systems and Telecoms is essential
Railway experience is essential
A good understanding of design and configuration of Signalling Systems and Telecoms is desirable.
CRE experience is essential.
Telecoms Networks experience would be desirable
IRSE license or working towards
