|Salary||£30000 - £35000 per annum||Sector||Professional & Admin|
The main purpose of the role is to provide a high level of professional administrative support to individuals and teams.
Other duties include:
-Extensive and complex diary management across multiple time zones
-Inbox and email management
-Coordination of meetings including preparation of all meeting documentation. Minute and noting of actions and demonstrating responsibility in seeing that actions are completed to an agreed time frame
-Event coordination (internal and external)
-Managing tasks and queries on behalf of the Directors with the ability to establish priorities based on understanding of the business and strategy
-Preparing monthly and quarterly reports and presentations
-Booking UK and International Travel, including visas, flights and accommodation
-Travelling to other offices may be required as and when necessary
The right person for the role will have the following:
-A minimum of 8 GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English
-Previous experience of providing high quality administrative support within demanding and pressurised environments
-Conversant to an advanced level in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and ideally In-Design
-The ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Ideally previous experience of producing marketing material
-Previous experience within the engineering sector would be an advantage
