Sous Chef - £22K-£24K+ Tips - Winchester City Centre - Pub - Live In Available
Our client is a popular, food led pub situated in the centre of Winchester. The pub operates an impressive food menu and is a part of a well - known group of pubs, offering excellent career opportunities to develop and progress. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef or Chef de Partie interested in the next step.
The hours will be contracted to 45 per week and the client is flexible to allow these hours worked over 4 days per week or 5 days allowing you to have 3 days or 2 days off.
Your main responsibilities as a Sous Chef
* Producing dishes to meet the required standard
* Ensuring food safety and health and hygiene
* Controlling of Stock
What you need to get the job Sous Chef:
* Experience at a Sous level or CDP in a similar establishment
* Qualified to NVQ Level 2 or Equivalent or relevant experience
* Passionate about food
* Enthusiastic attitude
