The hotel is a very popular venue wedding that also caters for an award winning 2AA rosette restaurant, sunday carvery, afternoon teams and all day snack menu.
The senior chef de partie role will be predominantly working in the 2AA rosette restaurant, helping to prepare and deliver consistantly excellent food and continuously help bring new menu ideas. You will help to train junior staff, lead shifts throughout service and lead by example.
The job is working 5 days per week, two days off and to a 45 hours per week contract. Shifts are all straight shifts and will vary depending on business needs. The hotel can be reached by public transport.
