The difference our new Senior Business Manager will make
As a Senior Business Manager, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. We are looking for someone who wants to collaborate with us on this challenging and rewarding journey to Net Zero and make a positive impact on our business, the sector and society.
Day to day, you'll provide leadership and guidance to your team, supporting career development, our ambitious diversity targets and championing our Babcock Principles.
You will be responsible for growing and managing a portfolio of projects and services in support of the UK's first new nuclear power stations in a generation, Hinkley Point C and Sizewell C in Suffolk.
As the Senior Business Manager, you'll develop a business strategy, own and deliver against that plan and manage the associated risks and opportunities in delivering to this plan. You'll be able to harness the broad capability across Babcock International Group to maximise value for our customers.

You will bring your significant experience gained in engineering project delivery, potentially from nuclear or an adjacent sector perhaps defence, renewables, oil & gas or similar.
You will be highly motivated, customer and delivery focussed individual with exceptional leadership and management skills.
