This is a bit of a Hybrid Business Analyst role where you will initially be involved with moulding and shaping the Business Analysis PMO function and having the autonomy to really make this your own.

On top of this, you will be involved in a huge Programme where the company is stripping out the entire system that runs their entire business. With this will come some difficult encounters with senior C-Level and Partner level stakeholders. You will need to have proven stakeholder management skills, along with experience of being involved in business critical projects.

Any experience in the set-up of a PMO function or where you have contributed towards improving a PMO set-up would be welcomed, but not essential.

Experience required:

* Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to balance conflicting needs and priorities

* Ability to work across multiple projects concurrently ensuring timely delivery of project tasks and milestones; following proper escalation paths; and managing customer and supplier relationships

* Ability to work effectively in a matrix managed environment and to informally lead others with integrity

* A university degree, CBAP/BCS Business Analysis Diploma, or equivalent work experience, ideally within the likes of Professional Services or Banking and Finance (for instance)

* ITIL foundation/PRINCE2/UML desirable

* A good knowledge of the technology market and trends (preferably within Professional Services or Banking & Finance)

* Excellent administration, organisational and prioritisation skills with ability to manage time efficiently

* Strong skills in Microsoft Office, including Visio and Excel

* Practice in large scale, complex projects as well as handling day-to-day operational requests

* Previous experience implementing Business Critical Systems (such as ERP or Practice Management systems) is highly beneficial

* Comfort working in multiple project delivery methodologies (e.g. Agile, waterfall)

* Mentorship experience (preferred)
