Job Description

My client is looking for an a Senior Administrator who will have some experience in HR. This role is ongoing and could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.

The hours of work are wither 8am to 4pm or 9am to 5pm with a 30 min lunch. You will be reporting to the HR Manager.

The rate of pay will be dependant on experience, but will range from £9 - £11 per hour.

Main Duties will include:

* To cover phones / gate keeper
* Executive Team Support including diary management
* Typing
* Minutes taking
* Assist Purchasing and Payroll Administrator with purchasing during payroll

Some HR support to HR Manager for HR Adminstrative duties:

* Scanning
* Filing
* Training Matrix Updates
* Policy update scheduling
* Booking Training
* Booking interviews
* Loading vacancies onto website
* DBS checks
* Printing induction packs

You will be able to manage your tasks and work under minimum supervision.
