Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a highly professional and experienced Training company based in North London.
This training provider provides a wide range of work based learning programmes which include apprenticeships in Leadership and Management, Project Management, Data and Software.
We are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager with experience of managing Training Programmes, Apprenticeships or Learning and Development Solutions for FTSE 100 organisations.

This is an office based position, with regional travel required.

Duties and Responsibility of the Senior Account/Programme Manager- Apprenticeships will include:

Project manage the implementation of Top 100 FTSE Client Apprenticeship programmes
Responsible for account management of Corporate programmes, to review and grow the account
Responsible for working alongside the operational team to ensure the delivery of bespoke large client apprenticeship programmes in ensuring consistently outstanding teaching learning and assessment delivery
Co-ordinate the set-up of new bespoke programmes including delivery plans, timetables, rooming, learner registrations, Schemes of Learning and delivery models.
Support the End Point Assessment process for large national clients
Ensure learner achievement is claimed in good time and monitor ILR data as part of the monthly business cycle
Use data to manage provision to drive-up achievement rates and narrow achievement gaps
Ensure KPI's and business objectives are achieved through participation and contribution to the Performance Board cycle
Identify areas of improvement and best practice and implement change accordingly
Work closely with sales function to develop existing client accounts and identify new opportunities
Ensure compliance with funding rules and awarding organisations
Ensure compliance with all organisations regulations and policies

Skills and Experience required for the Account Manager

" Ideally be educated to degree standard or above
" Previous experience in setting up, mobilising and managing Apprenticeship Training Programmes
" Extensive experience and understanding of apprenticeship programmes and national delivery, ESFA requirements and responsibilities, audit and Ofsted.
" Experience of managing Top 100 FTSE Accounts
" Experience of MIS systems and data Analysis
" Programme management or Relationship Management expertise
" Experience within stakeholder engagement and communications, interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate with internal and external customers at all levels.
" The ability to manage budgets in a fast-paced operating environment.
" Quality focused with a track record in continuous improvement
" Ideally holding Assessor, Internal Quality Assurance and Teaching Qualifications
