The Education Network are seeking to appoint a Teaching Assistant who is both an inspiration and a reliable role model for their SEN pupils. The school in the Lincoln area require an experienced Teaching Assistant who has received positive feedback from previous school-based posts. It is essential that you have an empathetic nature to nurture and support pupils with behavioural difficulties.

The post is supporting SEN students with an array of special educational needs, including a child with a visual impairment. The ideal candidate would be patient and caring and who will listen to them and try to understand how best to support them.
