SEMH Teaching Assistant

East London

Full Time (Various contract types available)

£80 - £95 per day

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualification.

The minimum experience, training, or qualifications required for this position are - recent experience obtained within the last 2 years of working with children or young people.

About the role

You’ll be working with small groups of young people aged between 10-18 years old who require specialist provision within a small school setting.

The school is in East London and caters for 65 students with Social, Emotional, and/or Mental Health issues (SEMH). 


To be considered for the role of an SEMH Teaching assistant you will:

Have experience supporting children in schools in the UK
Possess a flexible work ethic, be willing to adapt and work to deadlines successfully
DBS on the Update Service or willing to get one
Salary is dependent on experience, training or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position are:

recent experience obtained within the last 2 years of working with children or young people
