The successful candidate will:
1. Deal with Core brands or a Specialist brand only
2. Identify and raise ideas for process improvements to improve customer experience
3. Work will be allocated by your Team Manager and you should demonstrate awareness and adherence to SLA indicators to meet the core purpose of secured lending
4. Keep up to date with any changes to the processes and policy changes
5. Deliver an excellent customer experience in colleague and customer interactions, which can take place by phone, email or letter
6. Demonstrate a sound understanding of and display the behaviours expected in the Groups Values in Action
7. Adhere to processes/procedures and refer any complex queries to more senior or experienced colleagues
8.Management of complaints and resolution
The ideal candidate will:
* 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
* Have good attention to detail as you may be required to review documents i.e. payslips and bank statements.
* Have an excellent telephone manner, competent IT skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Shift Pattern :
Monday-Friday ( Full time )
Pay rate and Training
* £9.83 ph.
* Uplifts in pay up to Double Time for working unsociable hours or weekends
* Bonus Incentive
* 4-6 weeks of paid training
* Access to pool tables, cafe, vending machines and massage chairs on site
