ABC Teachers are looking to recruit a proactive and experienced Science Technician to help provide positive learning experiences to the children during their Science Lessons.
About the role:
Assisting the Science Teacher to set up experiments and demonstrations
Maintaining the classroom environment, equipment and apparatus to a high standard
Ensure risk assessments are completed and health and safety guidance is adhered to
Supporting the staff and students when necessary to provide technicial help
About the schools:
Good transport links
A welcoming school and supportive Science department
Good OFSTED rated school
Have a passion for Science
Able to obtain suitable references and a valid DBS check*
Have a minimum of 5 days experiene in sole charge of a group of children in the last 10 years
Science Teachnician experience in a school is desirable
*All staff we register will undertake thorough interviewing and referencing checks and hold, or be prepared to undergo, an Enhanced DBS check that must be registered on the Update Service.
