About the role

Vision for Education is seeking to appoint a Science Teacher to join our successful supply teaching team and to work on a flexible contract within a thriving and progressing secondary school in Sheffield, situated in a highly sought after area. This is a Supply teaching role, offering full and part-time, and flexible working conditions to suit your needs. All Science specialisms would be greatly welcomed at this time, we have recently had demand for a number of GCSE and A-Level specialists across Biology, Chemistry and Physics.

This role would be suitable for both NQTs and experienced Teachers, but experience teaching Science up to GCSE level is desired.

Requirements

To be considered for the role of Science Teacher you will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Have experience teaching Secondary General Science to KS4, and Core Science, and at least one of (Biology, Chemistry or Physics) up to at least GCSE.
• Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of Secondary Teachers.
• Have a passion for teaching with the ability to plan and deliver inspiring lessons.
