NVQ 2 in Professional Cookery or equivalent is essential, NVQ 3 or equivalent is desired as well as Level 2 Food Safety. Successful applicants will have had previous experience managing a catering unit including the management of unit staff, be confident in their ability to produce nutritious, healthy meals as well as a sound knowledge of Health & Safety.
This role will be Monday to Friday 7:30 until 2:30, term time only. Due to the nature of the work an enhanced DBS and reference checks required before commencing work.
