The Education Network has a fantastic opportunity at one of our client schools based in Hull for a proficient and experienced Administrative assistant.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced office and the successful candidate will start ASAP and will continue until the end of the academic year initially.
The successful applicants must have experience working in a school office and have a good working knowledge of SIMS and Microsoft systems including Word and Excel and be able to demonstrate a friendly and approachable manner in regards to customer service.
This role represents a great opportunity within a friendly, positive and professional academic environment.
The successful candidate will have:
• Have experience of working in a busy school office environment is essential
• SIMs experience is essential
• Have excellent word processing skills
• Be forward thinking and innovative
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Have excellent interpersonal skills with a cheerful disposition
• Experience working with the Sims database
