This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator to work for a leading energy business and assist with supporting project managers and engineers out in the field.
Working alongside 2 other administrators, main duties will include liaising between internal and external customers to schedule appointments, manage diaries, book outstanding work required, maintain an internal SAGE-based system, liaise with contractors to obtain and process timesheets, collating data to produce reports, manage multiple inboxes, respond to queries and support with the general administration required in the office.
Applicants must have previous office or phone-based experience, a confident phone manner and ideally experience of liaising with engineers.
Hours – Part time: Monday to Friday e.g 10-3pm circa 24 hours per week.
Initially covering for maternity for 12 months on a temporary assignment, there is a strong potential for the role to develop into a permanent position in the future.
