Purpose of the role:
To act as an ambassador for the organisation by conducting in a professional, customer service manner. To be responsible for customer contact with new and existing customers, including problem solving such as billing enquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints, to ensure that customers receive the best possible service.
Handle customer enquiries via telephone or email
To deal with any enquiries / requests made via the service mailboxes
Be responsible for ordering and chasing of engineer parts orders
Effective planning of engineer working day using geography and skill set to achieve response time to SLA's.
resolve customer complaints and general troubleshooting.
Process customer orders, applications for service initiation and maintenance.
Ensuring that responses to customer enquiries are completed on a timely basis to achieve service and quality standards.
Receive large amounts of inbound calls via the telephone queues
Manage 1st level escalations and complaints
to input accurate data on the systems
work with company bespoke IT systems and technology based procedures
comply with all company policies, procedures and performance standards
Perform other such reasonable tasks and responsibilities as may from time to time be required.

Literate in IT and Microsoft
