My client is a leading manufacturer in their field and are growing from strength to strength so this is a great opportunity to join them.
We are looking for candidates who are:
*Accurate in data entry
*A self-motivated team player
*Observant with the ability to spot discrepancies
*Able to work under pressure
*A good communicator
The main duties of the position are (but not limited to):
*Scheduling and processing customers' orders when required in a timely manner in line with the customers' required delivery dates
*Checking all orders received to ensure that they provide the information required to be processed
*Contacting customers, where necessary with any queries relating to quotations and seeking written confirmation from customers if there are any changes to the original order/quotation
*Raising orders for all non-stock items
*Ensuring all customer orders are scheduled in line with their requirements
*Checking that all the information required is available to facilitate scheduling
*Effectively scheduling a controlled flow of orders through to production
*Using the scheduler effectively to load the production area to give maximum efficiency
*Collating work into batches using the orders then printing all necessary documentation
*On completion of the job, filing all paperwork into jobs ready for invoicing
My client is offering a competitive salary of up to £18,000 per annum depending on skills and experience.
