*Work with the Group Chief Commercial Officer and Head of Sales to create and maintain a world-class, integrity focused sales culture.
*Be the co-owner of RFP responses, co-ordinating interdepartmental alignment, pricing and delivery.
*Deliver the mechanics of the RFP factory and develop the process and procedure for quick, effective turnaround both directly and in partnership with our strategic alliance partners.
*Own the e-commerce platform roll-out and associated reporting of sales, as well as the sales forecasting process, leading the sales team.
*Effectively manage Sales Operations expenses to ensure delivery of internal gross margin goals.
*Responsible for the development and implementation of new processes and procedures for effective and efficient team operations.
*Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives and internal resources in order to assist the sales team in accomplishing company goals.
*Manage profitability reporting as it relates to field metrics.
*Complete sales forecasts and sales activity reports and presentations in a timely manner.
