We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sales Manager to join our dedicated team.
Copart UK Limited is a critical outsource partner to all the UK motor insurance companies, providing essential services that relate to the UK transport infrastructure by collecting, transporting and storing accident damaged vehicles. Copart is also intrinsic to the waste management, recycling and disposal of end of life vehicles which has been deemed critical and therefore are able to remain fully operational whilst ensuring social distancing measures are met, during the current COVID-19 pandemic.
The Automotive department is charged with growing Copart's revenues derived from customers operating within the Automotive sector. Our teams work with clients ranging from the largest fleet operators in the UK, such as members of the FN50, major daily rental companies and finance houses, to private sellers. Our industry-leading, online auction operation then matches these sellers & their vehicles with buyers from a multitude of sub-sectors and locations around the globe.
Your main duties as Sales Manager will include:
Delivering sales objectives & SLA's associated with the Inside Sales department.
Allocating targets to Inside Sales Executives and ensuring that targets and process steps are followed.
Delivering Inside Sales KPI's and meeting internal / external SLA's
Line management responsibility for a team of Inside Sales Executives.
Regularly maintaining Salesforce database with orders, activity and prospect/account contacts.
Ensuring accurate and timely management of updates and reports.
Managing contractual documentation to ensure full compliance.
Ensuring commercial viability of all new business acquisitions.
Ensuring all processes regarding referral, qualification and data management are adhered to, recorded & audited.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal stakeholders, within both the sales and operational team as well as key departments.
Achieving targets and objectives set by the business.
Building relationships with the seller at the appropriate levels

Previous people management experience.
Previous sales experience.
