A DE24 based client require an experienced Sales Ledger Administrator on a temporary basis (11/03/2019-01/06/2019)
Duties include:
  • To maintain a detailed and accurate record of all the Sales / Commission Ledger (SCL) receipts, as well as ensuring all Sales/Commission Ledger adjustments/reconciliations are carried out in a timely manner.
  • To ensure that all Sales/Commission receipts are recorded and allocated on a daily basis
  • To ensure all SCL documents are scanned and posted on a daily basis
  • The banking of cash and cheques as and when required
  • The processing of SCL write off's Ensuring all SCL adjustments have been authorised by the your Line Manager
  • Notifying the Credit Controller of any unallocated
Key Skills :
  • Excellent communication skills, including client and suppliers
  • Accurate keyboard skills and data input
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Methodical Numerate and logical Attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including; Word, Outlook and Excel demonstrating Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
