Established in 1999, is a classified ads platform enabling users to buy and sell a range of items/services such as properties, cars, events, dating and much more, all in their local area through a simple and sociable marketplace experience. Operate in 16 markets worldwide and generate 15 million users a month with plans to grow this even further.
The company looking for a confident and tenacious sales executive who can speak native level Brazilian Portuguese to join our growing business. You will be largely responsible for generating new business by contacting prospects within the adult services industry around Brazil and selling the benefits of our premium advertising packages designed to bring more contacts and exposure from our marketplace that brings over 5 million visits a month. The prospects you will be contacting are mixture of warm and cold leads whilst offering free trials for prospects to experience the benefits of our services. You will also be tasked with renewals as well as upsells to increase their average spend with the company. Part of this role involves day-to-day account management to ensure our service providers are achieving success and helping where necessary.
A generous commission is paid on all sales and we also have a renewal bonus, commission is uncapped so the right candidate can do very well.
• Outbound sales calls to escort clients and independents around Brazil
• Selling packages and negotiating deals for paid ads
• Generating referrals from clients as part of your own lead generation initiative
• Following up warm leads generated from inbound marketing initiatives
• Establish, grow and manage a portfolio of clients
• Increase the average spend by upselling package renewals
• Regular reporting to management on progress
• Industry related sales experience is a huge plus (adult dating/escort sector)
• Must have native level Brazilian Portuguese speaking skills
• Experienced in contacting and converting lapsed accounts
• Strong ability to effectively sell via phone, email and instant messaging platforms
• Strong sales track record
• Proven ability to foster relationships with key decision makers/service providers
• Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments to facilitate current and future business requirements
• At least 2-3 years telesales experience, ideally in adult media or classifieds (but any industry considered).
• A strong background in both New Business sales and Account Management
• Ability to source leads proactively
• Ability to show initiative where needed
• Evidence of building great customer relationships
• Experience of using a CRM system
• Ability to write effective proposals- confident in working autonomously
