Job Description

Sales Coordinator
We are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator on behalf our client based in South Birmingham. As a Sales Coordinator you will be the 1st point on contact for internal and external client.

Role of Sales Coordinator:
Deal with customer enquires via email and phone
Process orders
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules
Filing important documents and communicating relevant information
Providing clients with updates on orders
Providing aftersales support
General Admin

Details of Sales Coordinator:

Pay rate: £18 - £20k per year
Working Hours: Full time
Mon – Fri 9.00am – 5.00pm
Location: Birmingham
Duration: Permanent 

As a Sales Coordinator you’ll need:
Experience in a similar role (Sales Coordination)
Good computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel & Sage 200)
Great communication at all levels
Attention to detail
Team Player
Good telephone manner
Very good written and verbal communication
Strong team player
