Sales Advisors
Bury
£8.67 per hour rising to £9.20 after 12 weeks
Friday - Monday shift hours between 9am and 8pm
Tuesday - Thursday days off
Full time 37.5hrs per week
Paid weekly
Temporary ongoing


We are looking for Inbound Sales Advisors to join our retention, upgrade and sales team at our client's call centre based in Bury/Radcliffe area. Calls are for all things mobile phone related, ranging from straight sales to retention of existing customers. The ideal candidate will have some sales experience but we will also accept those with only customer service experience looking to take a leap into the sales world!

Candidates must be fully flexible in working hours as full training will be given, but the rota during training will be different to the assigned shift stated above. 


Key responsibilities:
  • Taking calls relating to mobile phones retentions, upgrades and sales
  • Converting enquires into sales
  • Researching information and processing orders 
  • Providing customers with product and service information
  • Documenting all call information and completing call logs accurately and timely
  • Ensuring high level of customer care and attention to detail at all times
  • Working towards meeting weekly team and individual targets

Requirements:
  • Sales experience but customer service experience in any capacity is also accepted
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong keyboard skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • A natural desire to help people
  • Fully flexible to follow a shift pattern
  • A good approach to team work
  • Driven to meet personal and team targets
  • Motivated to sell with a can-do attitude


This assignment is offered on a temporary ongoing basis through Blue Arrow with the opportunity to go permanent for the right candidate. All successful applicants will be required to complete a pre-employment vetting that includes a criminality check and also a financial probity check.
