We are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator for our Automotive client in Birmingham.

As a Sales Administrator you will need to have:

Good Communication skills with internal and external clients
Must be numerate literate
Show attention to detail
Keen to learn all aspects of the accounts and administration functions
Keen to learn about vehicle speciation and internal vehicle ordering system

Details:
Salary: £21,600
Location: Birmingham
Duration: Permanent

Role of a Sales Administrator:
Order and specify vehicles as required through the internal system
Create and maintain vehicle stock records
Provide support to the sales team as required to enable efficient and timely handover of vehicles to customers
Transfer of vehicles when required
To create and maintain deal files in accordance with DVLA regulations
To be compliant with DVLA audit requirements
