Sales Administrator - £25K

My client are seeking a motivated, sales orientated, proposal administrator, ideally with experience developing, estimating and quoting custom plant and equipment.

Offices set in a beautiful location in Kenilworth, modern facilities and a collaborative high energy working environment. My client is seeking a sales and marketing focused candidate who can take initiative and help grow their business via Social Media, Linked in and keeping the website updated. This is NOT a cold calling role however the ideal candidate may have worked in a customer facing, relationship building role previously such as recruitment to Account Management.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
 Working directly with our customers to understand their processes and develop the best solutions for their requirements.
 Working with our sales team to professionally represent the company, gather data, and ask the right questions to define a project.
 Working with our engineers and designers to develop and quote cost-effective solutions.
 Recognising and understanding our customer's needs, make suggestions for possible solutions, and quickly develop budgetary numbers.
 Review, understand and communicate customer specifications and current legislation to ensure we meet our client's needs.
 Undertake site visits and attend customer meetings to accurately understand the scope of works and project requirements.
 Handover new equipment and projects to the design team, ensuring that all available information is communicated.
