My client based in Haverhill is seeking a Sales Administrator (Commercial Account Co-ordinator)

Salary £20,910

Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm

The Role
Working as part of a team, supporting the Sales team in the day to day running of customer accounts.
This is a customer-reactive role; fast-paced and challenging. The key deliverables are to ensure that sales orders and associated processes are completed on time, to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The role also requires the coordination of new store openings and refurbishments, which will include working to schedules using CRM and ERP systems, maintaining accurate records, and liaising with internal departments to fulfil sales orders.

Person Spec
You will be computer literate, have first-class communication skills, an attention to detail, and a passion for customer service. You will be confident in working to tight deadlines, dealing with changing priorities, and be able to plan your own workload. You will also be able to work under pressure and be exceptionally well planned and organised with a can do attitude.
Seeking good organisational and communication skills along with being computer literate, able to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, follow instructions, communicate effectively at all levels and have excellent attention to detail. You will also need to build positive working relationships with both external and internal contacts. Experience within a similar role would of course be an advantageous.
