Sales Administrator

We are recruiting for an Sales Administrator for our Manufacturing client based in Birmingham.  This is an opportunity to join an expanding, busy and energetic company who are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and team support. This opportunity will be ideal for an experienced Sales Administrator who is forward thinking, self-motivated and enjoys working within a team environment.

As an Sales Administrator you will need to have:
Excellent communication skills as you will be Liaising with customers at all levels
Experienced in all aspects of quotations, sales administration and progress chasing.
IT Proficient
Good numerical skills to produce comprehensive quotes.
Evidence of strong analytical skills

Details:
Salary: £18,000.00 - £20,000.00 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am-5.00pm
Location: Birmingham
Duration: Permanent

Key responsibilities of an Sales Administrator:
You will be supporting a sales executive with administration tasks 
Dealing with general enquiries
Working with internal & external clients
Process requests including requests from designated sales executives
Monitoring the order's progress and liaising with departments
Producing pricing quotations
