YOUR NEW COMPANY:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a bespoke installation and supply company based in Blackburn (BB1) on a Permanent basis to join their small and friendly Sales Administration team of 3. This company is growing from strength to strength and it is an exciting time to join the business!

YOUR NEW ROLE:

Joining a very welcoming team within a 'family feel' office environment, your new role will be to process sales orders received by telephone, email and website, handling all customer and prospective enquiries, advising customers on product selection and delivery times, booking in deliveries with partners, researching and contacting prospective customers, contributing to commercial activities to attract prospective customers and to maintain close contact with existing customers creating a valued customer relationship. You will also prepare sample packs for posting.

THE BENEFITS:

A competitive salary of up to £20,000, working hours of 8:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday, free parking and 28 days holiday inc BH.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

The ideal Candidate will have proven experience within sales administration, IT literacy including Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM systems, be highly organised with excellent communication skills.
