Job Description

I have the opportunity for a Sales Administrator to join a small but successful team based in Redditch on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be a point of contact for customers and will be dealing with product queries, orders and deliveries. You will also be providing support for the sales representatives and processing orders for products.

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity with a perm salary of £20,000 - £25,000 on offer, dependant on experience. The working hours are 8am – 5.30pm Monday to Friday, this role will be an immediate start. This is a temporary role initially so I require candidates who are not currently working.

Duties included will be:
*Processing high volumes of product orders
*Liaising with the warehouse in regards to stock and orders
*Reporting monthly sales results to the sales team
*Supporting sales force to reach team objectives
*Providing customer service and keeping customer up to date with orders

I am looking for someone who has experience within Sales Administration and order processing previously for this position as although it is a small team they are very busy and the role will be fast paced and busy. Any experience with Excel and SAGE would also be an advantage. You will need to have strong communication skills as you will be dealing with the companies valued customers.
