Your Responsibilities and Tasks:

• Efficient processing of sales and purchase orders relating to plant orders for UK + Ireland
• General admin support to the Sales Coordinators, from order processing to delivery
• Invoicing
• Liaising with finance department on a weekly basis
• Uploading and coding of supplier invoices
• Procurement
• General and Warranty claim management
• Ad hoc administrative duties including basic reporting
• Assisting Sales Office Team Leader on a daily basis
• Daily support to external sales teams and dealer network
• Issuing invoices + credits for both UK + Ireland

Your Profile and Qualifikation

Experience Required
• SAP
• Minimum IT knowledge
• General administrative skills
• Knowledge of excel
• Excellent time management
Competencies / Skills Required :
• Good telephone manner
• Good keyboard skills
• Organised and methodical approach to work
• Team working skills
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Work to deadlines
• Good understanding of admin processes linked to your job which could affect other departments
