Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Sales Administrator, to join a successful and well-established business based in Redditch. The position is to provide assistance to the management team by providing quotations, preparing delivery notes, and reviewing purchase orders. This a Full time, permanent opportunity with a salary from £22,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.

Duties will include:

• Full Contract Review of all Customer Purchase Orders.
• Updating of the Customer Sales Schedule and Sales Forecast on a daily basis.
• Preparation and submission of Customer Quotations.
• Preparation of Customer Delivery Notes and updating of Master delivery note.
• Expediting all Sales Enquiries via the Management Team.
• Plan and prioritise personal sales activities to ensure high levels of efficiency.
• The preparation of purchase orders and expediting of Sub-contract processes.

Skills and Experience needed:
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Good Microsoft Excel/Word Processing Skills.
• Excellent Organisational and Time Management Skills.
• High Levels of Accuracy and Attention to detail.
