Do you have experience processing orders, liaising with clients, booking out equipment and generating invoices?
Are you used to liaising with engineers, mechanics and drivers?
Are you confident with MS Office and capable of working on your own initiative?
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a leading engineering firm on a temp to perm assignment.
Main duties will include:
- Acting as the first point of contact for any incoming calls
. Handling queries in a professional manner
. Processing orders and requests for equipment hire
. Providing quotes and pricing information
. Liaising with suppliers and contractors
. Arranging deliveries
. Ordering PPE
. Raising requisitions for work orders and requesting po numbers
. Collating data to produce management information and related reports
. Maintaining an internal system with all active requests (opening, ordering, closing jobs)
. Excellent organisation and time management skills
. Confident communication and people skills
. Team player and able to work with a wide range of people
. Enthusiastic and motivated
. Strong attention to detail
. Happy working in a workshop-based office environment
. A ‘can do' attitude
Hours - Monday to Friday between 9am and 5.00pm although flexibility may be required.
(37.5 hours per week)
