Administrator required for a Southam based company, initially a temporary contract with a view to it being permanent.
The role of Sales Administrator will cover the following -
Day to day Administration of sales and technical enquiries, sales order processing and dealing with customer on an Administration level.
Responsibilities for the Administrator will include:
Dealing with incoming calls
Issuing quotes, orders and raising credits
Producing and maintaining order schedules
Progressing orders through to dispatch
Specific skills for Administrator role -
Proven high level of literacy and numeracy
GCSE's in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualification
Experience of Sales Administration
Customer services and liaison
SAP/ SAGE (preferred) or ERP
Computer literate - Excel, Word, Outlook
Hours 8.15 am - 4.45 pm Monday - Thursday, 1 pm finish Friday.
