Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join a well-known automotive company based in Coventry. This is a full time position working Monday to Thursday 8.30am till 4.30pm and 8.30am till 3.30pm on a Friday.
The company offers free parking, 23 days holiday and a pension scheme after 3 months. The company also has onsite kitchen facilities that provide free tea and coffee every day.

Main duties:
Submitting quotes and collating information for customers
Assist with customer delivery issues
Download POs from relevant websites and check prices
Chase suppliers for parts
Raising and checking quotes
Updating prices and add new parts to internal database
Track received orders

Skills needed:
Strong Administration skills
Basic Excel knowledge - Creating and editing spreadsheets
Good organisational skills
Attention to detail
