Sales Administrator/ Hire Desk Assistant
Location: Avonmouth
Assignment Length: Ongoing
Salary: £9.00 per hour
Immediate Start


My client is looking for somebody with strong Sales Administration experience that is looking for an ongoing assignment with potential to go permanent.

The main duties will be;
- Handle daily enquiries from internal and external customer queries in a professional manner.
- Ensure all processing of paperwork is completed to the required company standard.
- Management of orders through to the point of delivery
- Prepare and provide reports/letters/spreadsheets as required.
- Maintain and update all relevant electronic and manual filing systems.
- Actively maintain open lines of communication with line management highlighting any areas of concern.
- Ensure all reports are accurately processed.
- Update administration processes as directed to reflect any new internal controls and directives.
- Provide quotations to customers and follow through to point of order
- Co-operate fully with line supervisors/managers, to contribute to successfully meeting all business objectives
- Maintain stock levels within defined parameters.
