My client is currently recruiting for a sales administrator on a temporary basis for 6 months.

Hours and Salary:
• Hours 8.30am – 5pm, 2 days per week paying £9.40ph.

Sales administrator tasks and responsibilities:
• Delivering first-class customer service
• Sales order processing using Sage Line 1000
• Credit control
• Responding to written and verbal enquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Be an enthusiastic advocate for CJ products and brand, using product knowledge to build relationships that enhance customer loyalty and increase sales
• Keeping customers informed and up to date as to the status of their order, offering alternatives to out of stock items
• Supporting with any other duties, as required in the context of the role
Personal Attributes:

The successful candidate must be:

• Comfortable having direct customer contact, outgoing, confident and has the ability to engage with customers
• IT literate in a range of Microsoft applications including word, excel, and Sage
• A natural listener and problem solver who is both empathetic yet persuasive
• A self-starter and disciplined lone worker but able to work well as part of a team
• Good time management skills and proficiency at multitasking
• Able to work under pressure while maintaining a high level of accuracy
