The main aim of this role is to provide administrative support to project/account managers and external customers in an accurate, consistent and timely manner.

Role and responsibilities:
• Organise deliveries
• Liaise with internal logistics and stock teams to ensure deliveries are on time for customers
• Liaise with key accounts such as ASDA, Tesco and Halfords
• Make sure sales orders are processed onto the system correctly
• To maintain accurate records both electronic and paper-based to the requirements of Heartbeat processes
• To ensure that all data entries and inputting is completed accurately and in a timely manner
• To provide administration support and carry out administration duties as required, taking responsibility for the administration function within the site(s).
• To contribute to continuous improvement of procedures to improve efficiency of function
• To ensure that service levels are continuously met and improved upon
• To liaise closely with all relevant parties to ensure customer service levels are maintained
• To adhere to quality processes and procedures
• To monitor own progress towards business and individual objectives
• To support with all business related functions in line with the role of Administrator
• Any other related duties as required by the business objectives


The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience :

• High level of administration skills
• Highly organised and motivated
• Able to manage own performance
• Precise and accurate
• Competent IT skills (basic Excel)
• Strong customer service and organisational skills
• SAP experience desirable but not essential
