Account Manager (Water Treatment and hygiene) - London and South East
As our client enjoys great success, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Account Manager within their expanding service and maintenance division.
You will be responsible for generating sales from a portfolio of both existing and prospective accounts predominantly within the London areas, but also across the South East.
You will develop strong long-term business relationships with clients, such as Building Services Engineers, offering technical advice and guidance with an emphasis on contractual and legislative compliance, and be responsible for managing and overall execution of all contracts within remit enabling the company to achieve its service and maintenance objectives and ensure a high level of customer service and repeat business.
This will also include maintaining a full and up-to-date knowledge of all relevant technical and quality areas and associated regulations, giving support and guidance to all account managers, monitoring all maintenance work to ensure compliance with contractual obligations with an emphasis on record keeping and legislative compliance.

Experience and qualifications
Ideally qualified to degree level in an engineering or scientific discipline, you will possess an experienced sales background (water treatment /water hygiene/plumbing/pumping /filtration would be ideal) but also mechanical engineering /mechanical services/ FM/building services/construction/ manufacturing etc with the ability to read technical drawings, with excellent planning and organisational skills.
Good PC literacy & full UK valid driving licence are essential.
Based from home, with one of two days a week spent in the office in the long-term (post Covid-19), so you will need to be living within a reasonable commute of central Berks offices.
