Leading specialist company, highly successful in its field with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service as well as offering a dynamic, rewarding working environment.
Working as part of a small team, you'll be responsible for looking after a dedicated number of clients ensuring they receive exceptional customer service on a daily basis whilst achieving team and individual objectives.
You'll promote the company's extensive product range via daily calls with customers, as well as creating marketing information and special offers.
Working with a bespoke system as well as MS Office packages, you'll have strong organisation skills and be capable of effectively managing a busy workload, often to tight timescales.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors is preferred but not essential. Candidates should have previous experience in an account management, sales or customer service role with a flexible approach.
Basic salary is £20,000pa plus excellent uncapped bonus structure (OTE c£25,000pa) plus benefits and the opportunity to work in a focused, team environment.
Hours are 9.30am to 6pm Monday to Friday.
